The upcoming 2025 Canadian Table Tennis Championships in Richmond, British Columbia are shaping up to be one of the most widely represented national events we’ve seen in recent years.
This year’s competition marks an exciting milestone:
- In the Senior event, we will welcome teams from 8 provinces and 1 territory
- In the Junior event, participation grows even more, with 9 provinces and 2 territories confirmed
That means every region of the country, from coast to coast to North, is stepping up to the table. This level of participation reflects the growing commitment to player development, inclusivity, and competitive excellence across Canada.
“This is exactly what the Canadian Championships are meant to be—a celebration of talent, opportunity, and national connection,” said a Table Tennis Canada representative. “It’s encouraging to see so many provinces and territories coming together in the same venue to showcase their best.”
Set at the stunning Richmond Olympic Oval, the championships will host a full slate of team and individual events, and offer a chance for athletes of all ages to gain experience, compete at the highest level, and create lasting memories.
For many players, especially those from smaller or more remote regions, just being there is a victory in itself.
Stay tuned as Table Tennis Canada shares highlights, stories, and results throughout this incredible week of national competition.
