Media accreditation applications for the Billie Jean King Cup and Davis Cup Finals close soon

Toronto, Tuesday, October 25, 2022 — Tennis Canada would like to remind media that media accreditation applications are currently being accepted for the Billie Jean King Cup by Gainbridge Finals (November 8 to 13, 2022 in Glasgow, United Kingdom) and the Davis Cup by Rakuten Finals (November 22 to 27, 2022 in Malaga, Spain).

In April, Team Canada presented by Sobeys’ women’s team swept Latvia in Vancouver, B.C., to punch their ticket to the Billie Jean King Cup Finals. In their respective Finals, the Canadian women will compete in a group with Switzerland and Italy, with the winner of the group advancing to the semi-finals, while the men’s team will face off against Germany in a knock-out, quarter-final battle.
