Media Accreditation Applications for Billie Jean King Cup Qualifiers in Vancouver now Open

Vancouver, March 1, 2023 — Tennis Canada is now inviting media to submit their accreditation applications for the Billie Jean King Cup by Gainbridge Qualifiers tie between Team Canada presented by Sobeys and Belgium (April 14-15).

Media can apply for either in-person accreditation, which will provide access to the media facilities on-site at the Pacific Coliseum, or virtual accreditation, whereby media can cover the tie remotely via Tennis Canada’s Virtual Media Centre.

Where: The Pacific Coliseum in Vancouver, British Columbia
When: The deadline for applications is Friday, March 31, 2023

*All in-person applications from freelancers must be accompanied by a letter of assignment from the media organization they are representing at the Billie Jean King Cup.

Player nominations for the tie will be announced in the weeks prior to the event. A strong contingent of Canada’s top women’s tennis stars are expected to take part in the event.
