QUOTES

“CSIO is excited to partner with Power Kitchen to help CSIO affiliated athletes and coaches meet their nutrition goals and optimize their performance. We know athletes and coaches are busy individuals, juggling training and competition schedules, school or work, and all of their non-sport commitments. We believe Power Kitchen will be a great resource to help fill the meal-prep gap many experience in a convenient, affordable, and most importantly, nutritious way,” shared Debbie Low, CEO Canadian Sport Institute Ontario

“At Power Kitchen, our mission is to support high performance individuals by removing the barriers to great nutrition. We know that athletes at the elite and developmental levels face demanding schedules — training, traveling, recovering — and don’t always have the time or energy to prepare the kind of food their performance depends on. This partnership with CSIO allows us to provide convenient, chef-prepared, macro-balanced meals tailored to their goals, delivered directly to their door. We’re proud to play a role in fueling Canada’s top athletes and helping them stay focused on what matters most — their training, recovery, and competition,” explained Josh Harmer, General Manager, Power Kitchen
