Media invited to interview skaters who will compete on home ice in Montreal from January 11-12
MONTREAL, QUEBEC – Speed Skating Canada invites members of the media to speak with the athletes that will compete at the first-ever ISU Four Continents Short Track Championships from January 11-12 in Montreal. The skaters will be available for interviews on Wednesday, January 8 from 11:00AM to 12:00PM at the Maurice Richard Arena.
Please confirm your attendance and identify the skaters you would like to interview during the media availability session with François Hamelin.
MEDIA ACCREDITATION
All members of the media interested in covering the event need to apply for accreditation using the
online form. The deadline to submit your media accreditation request is
January 5, 2020.

The International Skating Union (ISU) has made some important last-minute changes to the competition format of the brand new ISU Four Continents Short Track Championships. The schedule has been condensed and races previously scheduled for Friday have been cancelled. The competition will now run Saturday and Sunday from 2:00PM to 6:00PM, inclusively.

Ten of Canada’s best short track skaters will hit the ice at the
Maurice-Richard Arena against competitors from North America, South
America, Asia and Oceania.
