Canadian Indoor Rowing Challenge : Registration Now Open

Registration for the Canadian Indoor Rowing Challenge, a new virtual event taking place September 19 to 20, 2020, is now OPEN.

Developed for rowers and fitness enthusiasts alike, the event features a full range of 500m, 1,000m and 2,000m events in a variety of Senior, Junior, Para, and Masters categories. In addition, there will be races for CrossFit athletes and coxswains as well as a special team event.

Anyone with access to a Concept2 rowing machine can participate* by submitting their results online within the 48-hour event window.

Individuals can also choose to register for the HomeRaceChallenge, real-time virtual races against High Performance rowers on Saturday September 19.

Registration closes on September 14. Late entries will be accepted unless you are taking part in the HomeRace Challenge option (late fees will apply).

Every registrant will be included on a national leaderboard and be eligible for RCA’s top draw prize – a new rowing machine! Register to take part in the Canadian Indoor Rowing Challenge here.

Official event shirts (men’s, women’s) are available for purchase on the RegattaSport website. Shirt orders must be placed by Friday August 28.

More information, including the Competitor Handbook, can be found here.

* RCA permits the use of ergometers indoors for individual use only. Indoor group erg training is not advised. Please refer to the medical section of the Competitor Handbook for more information.
