Canada’s Top Synchronized Skating Teams Get Ready to Compete at the 2025 Skate Canada Cup

OTTAWA, ON (February 25, 2025) – The 2025 Skate Canada Cup is set to welcome Canada’s top synchronized skating teams in Waterloo, Ontario, from February 28 to March 2, 2025, at the Waterloo Memorial Recreation Complex. The event will bring together over 650 athletes from 41 teams, competing in the novice, gold, and open categories. 

Returning to Waterloo for a second straight year, this event will showcase exceptional teamwork, precision, and artistry, as teams from across Canada compete for national titles. 

Defending champions, including Les Suprêmes (novice), Starlight (gold), and Nova (open), will look to defend their titles and bring home another medal. Several local teams, such as Team Unity (gold) of Tavistock, NEXXICE (novice, open, gold) of Burlington and EDGE (novice, gold) of Oakville will also be looking to deliver strong performances in front of family and friends.
