UK Sport is releasing new guidance to coaches and staff on how to treat athletes with more respect after numerous stories of bullying and discrimination have been brought forward by high performance athletes. The guidance comes in the form of four “golden threads” of a positive and winning sporting culture – inspiration, integrity, the pursuit of excellence, and respect.
