Striving for gender equity in sport

It is important in all realms of life to strive for gender equity and equality. Despite efforts to promote gender inclusivity, the findings reveal that entrenched forms of masculinity still privilege certain male members, underscoring the need to continue to push for policy interventions to reshape club environments alongside increasing female participation.
