Inclusive policies cannot be a one-size-fits-all

A review of national sport organizations found that many inclusion policies fall short. Broad diversity and equity statements often lacked concrete commitments, action plans, or recognition of past inequities. The findings call for intentional, tailored policies that move beyond “one size fits all” and create real change in sport.
