Exercise and Parkinson’s Disease

Exercise is a tool that can be used to help improve symptoms in Parkinson’s disease (PD). According to the American Parkinson Disease Association, there are four core elements of exercise for people with PD including aerobic, strengthening, balance, and stretching. By incorporating these four elements into your routine in a way that works for you, quality of life can be improved.
