Working Conditions: Minimum two days per week in office following training; some evenings and weekends

Salary Range: Based on $44,000 – $55,000 CAD annually
About Sport NB:
Sport New Brunswick (Sport NB) is a non-profit agency dedicated to the development and promotion of
amateur sport in New Brunswick. It serves approximately 70 provincial sport organizations (PSOs) and other groups. Sport NB is currently undergoing a transformation in response to the Envisioning Sport Project (2022), which describes the tremendous potential for the province to establish itself as a leader in the modernization and enhancement of the sport sector. Desired improvements include, but are not limited to: providing meaningful and comprehensive support for sport leaders and organizations, increased leadership, alignment, and collaboration; increased investment in sport; and increased focus on quality participation among equity-owed populations.
Position Overview:
Reporting to the Director of Member and Business Services, the Member Services Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the facilitation and delivery of support and assistance to Sport NB’s approximately 70 Members. Examples include meeting PSO needs such as sport insurance, employee benefits, overseeing the New Brunswick Amateur Sport Trust Fund and Share the Score, and assisting with the New Brunswick Sport Awards. This position requires an outgoing and versatile individual who embraces collaboration and teamwork.

Academic and Functional Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in business administration, sport and recreation studies, or other related field
- Previous experience with customer service, client relationships, or comparable background
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools
- Strong verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal communication
- Strong organizational and time management skills
