We are the largest private supporter of high-performance sport in Canada and we are responsible for all aspects of Canada’s involvement in the Olympic Movement, including the participation in the Olympic and Pan American Games.
The Brand team is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic intern to provide administrative support for brand campaigns, Asana task management, design team support, and management of internal tools and templates.
Location
This internship will be located in the COC office in Toronto office located at 250 Yonge Street, Suite 3000, Toronto, Ontario, M5B 2L7. We offer a hybrid work model that allows for up to two days of remote work each week.
Core responsibilities and priorities
- Design Team Support: Administrative support including, organizing, managing tasks and communicating on Asana
- Montreal Office Street Screen: Managing the screen’s content development process and execution
- Milan 2026 Brand Campaign: Administrative and ad hoc support
- Market Research: Building and sharing materials with key stakeholders
- Brand Resources: Helping to organize, source, and share resources with the wider organization
Qualifications and critical skills
- Must be enrolled in a Canadian degree or diploma program in Sport administration, Marketing, Communications, or Education
- Interest and experience in marketing and/or branding, graphic design experience an asset
- Bilingual (English and French) is a major asset
- Sport experience (as an athlete, coach, official, administrator, etc.) is an asset
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrates and embodies the COC values of Accountability, Excellence, Fun, Respect and Bravery
Term
This full-time internship will run from approximately May 2025 to August 2025, depending on the successful intern’s availability and the academic calendar.
Compensation
This is a paid internship. The intern will earn an hourly wage of $18.00 with a maximum of 35 hours per week.
