We are currently looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our customer excellence team, contributing to the company’s growth through exceptional organizational and support skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of going above and beyond for customers, possess excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support and Administration:
- Efficiently handle order intake, ensuring accurate and detailed information is captured for seamless processing.
- Provide support to the production team, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with production and shipping teams to monitor and track order progress, proactively addressing any potential delays or issues to the account team or customers directly
- Utilize organizational skills to address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a seamless customer journey from order placement to delivery.
- Gather feedback from customer touchpoints to understand ways we can improve the process to make their touchpoints with Xeist seamless
- Administrative Support:
- Offer administrative support to the executive and accounts team
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials to support executive decision-making.
- Customer Communication:
- Support parts of the customer journey from order intake to delivery, providing timely updates and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.
- Ensure clear and effective communication between customers and internal teams, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused environment.
- Professional Representation:
- Attend industry events, customer events, and team fittings to help expand the professional network, and represent Xeist Sports in a customer-focused and professional manner.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven track record of efficient time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive mindset in anticipating needs, identifying potential issues, and implementing preventive measures.
- Willingness to take initiative and contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in CRM, ERP, and other software tools.
