Title: Coordinator, Golf Services
Reports to: Manager, Golf Services
Location: Golf Canada Head Office

Primary Duties
1. Designated Account Representative (30%)
- Act as an account representative for member clubs in selected provinces
- Support provincial staff, provide technical support, handle agreements and paperwork
- Promote services, transfer accounts, and drive sales
2. Member/Customer Service (50%)
- Provide customer service and Score Centre support for member clubs and golfers
- Serve as the primary contact for services such as transfers, merging, and account modifications
- Recommend improvements for user experience and customer service
3. Financial Tracking and Reconciliation (10%)
- Track and reconcile membership sales through Golf Canada’s website
- Report on membership benefits fulfillment including the Golf Canada Incident Protection Program
4. Systems (10%)
- Maintain and update the Member Club database
- Perform data entry and maintenance for the Golf Canada Score Centre
- Support on special assignments as needed
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Bilingual (English and French) – strongly prioritized
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service, including professional phone, interpersonal, and email communications
- Strong decision-making and conflict resolution abilities
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Golf knowledge or experience not required, but a passion for the game and Golf Canada’s mission is encouraged
