2021 CCPSA Hall of Fame Nominations

The CCPSA Hall of Fame pays tribute to athletes, teams, coaches, officials and builders who have made a significant impact on sport for athletes with cerebral palsy and related disabilities. Do you know someone who should be nominated to the CCPSA Hall of Fame in 2021?

The CCPSA Hall of Fame Goals are the following:

  • To recognize, honour and showcase CCPSA athletes, teams, coaches, officials and builders who have had extraordinary achievements in their sport in Canada or Internationally;
  • To recognize, celebrate and honour individuals who have made an outstanding contribution to the development and advancement of sport for athletes with cerebral palsy and related disabilities in Canada or Internationally;
  • To further develop and highlight sport for athletes with cerebral palsy and related disabilities by sharing these outstanding achievements with the rest of the country.

The timetable to submit 2021 nominees for consideration for induction into the Hall of Fame begins August 16th and will remain open until September 27th . All nominations and information must be forwarded to the Chair, Nominations Committee.
