Sail Canada is undertaking a strategic planning exercise to develop its 2021-2024 strategic plan and has engaged LBB Strategies to assist with this process. LBB is a Canadian based international consultancy firm with offices in Montreal, Ottawa, and Annecy (France) that has extensive experience in developing strategic and business plans for sport organizations.
We invite you to assist Sail Canada in developing its strategic plan by participating in this stakeholder survey. You have the option to complete the survey anonymously should you choose; regardless of your choice your answers will not be published and will be kept confidential.
The survey will take approximately 15-20 minutes and does not need to be completed in one session. Today is the last day to complete the survey before it closes!
A brief report on the strategic planning project will be provided at the AGM on October 16
