Spordle acquires TSI Sports

(Boisbriand, Qc) January 9, 2020 – Spordle Inc. is proud to announce that it has acquired TSI Sports (2017) Inc., a leader in the field of sports solutions via its complete software suite specifically tailored to the soccer industry.

“Spordle is quite happy to acquire TSI Sports. This transaction converges perfectly with the vision and objectives that we have as a company.  With more than 25 years of experience and knowledge in management solutions, this new expertise continues Spordle’s growth and contributes to the fact that we want to become a major player in Canada”, said Lyno Côté, Spordle’s President and Chief executive officer.

With solid foundations already in place in the world of amateur sports in the form of long-standing partnerships with major provincial and national sports organisations, Spordle also strengthens its market position as a leader thanks to a long-term agreement signed with Soccer Québec.

“We are glad that this transaction is official as we truly believe it will be beneficial  for our members. In an environment that is constantly evolving such as the technological solutions field, partnering with a company that has the scale and capacities that Spordle does, all the while maintaining a reputation that speaks for itself, will without a doubt improve the quality level of service offered to our network”, states M. Pierre Marchand, President of Soccer Quebec’s board of directors.

To ensure continuity in the quality of customer service offered by TSI Sports, their employees joined Spordle’s team on January 6th.
