Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport (CCES) – (Ottawa, Ontario – February 25, 2019) – The Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport (CCES) announced today that David Lee, a powerlifting athlete, received a 14-month sanction for an anti-doping rule violation. The athlete’s urine sample, collected during in-competition doping control on August 11, 2018, revealed the presence of higenamine, a beta-2 agonist.
