BIGshot Targets Named Official Target Sponsor for 2025 World Archery Youth Championships

Archery Canada is proud to announce BIGshot Targets as the Official Target Sponsor of the 2025 World Archery Youth Championships, taking place in Winnipeg, Manitoba from August 16 to 24, 2025. More than 570 archers from over 60 countries will gather in Winnipeg for this premier international event, showcasing the next generation of archery talent.

For the first time at a World Archery Championship, the BIGshot Perelli Mat System will be used on the competition field. Known for its exceptional durability, and stopping power, this innovative system is a world-class solution designed to meet the rigorous demands of elite competition. The 2025 World Archery Youth Championships organizers are proud to partner with BIGshot Targets to ensure a top-tier experience for athletes, coaches, and spectators alike.

About the World Archery Youth Championships

Canada is set to host the World Archery Youth Championships (WAYCin Winnipeg, MB August 17-24, 2026. This prestigious event sanctioned by World Archery, will bring together over 570 talented young archers from over 60 countries. WAYC includes two age categories, Under 18 and Under 21, for two bow styles: recurve and compound. Countries can send up to 3 male and 3 female archers in each age category for each bow style, for a maximum of 24 archers. The athletes will compete in individual, team, and mixed team competitions.
