Futur.e.s Leaders Makes a Powerful Entrance with an Inspiring and Unifying Launch Event

Montreal, June 5, 2025 – In a warm and festive atmosphere, Futur.e.s Leaders officially launched its operations on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at L’Auberge Saint-Gabriel in Montreal. The nonprofit organization made a meaningful entrance into the Quebec social landscape with an event filled with hope, pride, and a strong commitment to social impact. Nearly 100 guests from various sectors—including community, sports, education, and philanthropy—came together, all united around one vision: to equip and inspire youth from diverse backgrounds who are living in vulnerable situations.

Futur.e.s Leaders and the Aléo Foundation Award $10,000 in Scholarships to Four Outstanding Youth

One of the evening’s highlights was the presentation of four excellence scholarships.

In partnership with the Aléo Foundation, four inspiring young individuals were awarded scholarships to support their academic and personal journeys:

Their journeys—marked by resilience, leadership, and self-determination—perfectly embody the core values of Futur.e.s Leaders: inclusion, resilience, empowerment, personal development, and leadership.

“When you reach out to a young person at a pivotal moment in their journey, you don’t just change their path—you change the path of everyone they will go on to influence. A scholarship is more than just financial support. It’s a powerful message that says: ‘You are seen, you are believed in, and you deserve to go far,” shared Paul-Eddy Saint-Vilien, cofounder

Building on Solid Foundations with Key Partners

Futur.e.s Leaders acknowledges the vital contribution of the Groupe 3737, whose capacity-building grant allowed the organization to establish strong foundations and ensure strategic structuring from the start.

The organization also expresses deep appreciation to its major partner, Tanguay, a well-established Quebec-based furniture company, for its significant financial contribution and unwavering support for the social mission of Futur.e.s Leaders.

“Our goal is simple: to provide real leverage for young people so they can reach their full potential. By working hand in hand with our partners, we are creating a concrete, human, and sustainable support network for a generation that deserves every chance to shine,” explained Duane John, cofounder

“This launch is a first step toward a transformation we hope will be lasting. We firmly believe that every young person deserves a real chance to thrive, regardless of their origin or starting point,” said Rose-Anne Joly, cofounder
