Get on Top of the World with Judo

Judo Canada – Montreal, JuneĀ 4, 2019 – Canadian Judo is on top of the world, and you are invited! A month before the start of the first edition of the Montreal Grand Prix, Judo Canada invites you to a unique and exclusive experience on the roof of the Olympic Stadium Tower for the unveiling of the athletes defending the Canadian honour at the event.

In the last few weeks, Canadians distinguished themselves on the international scene. They have proved they have a fire and that they will be fierce opponents during this stage of the most prestigious international judo circuit gathering 400Ā athletes from over 60Ā countries, and is also part of the selection process for the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games.

Come to the 165Ā m altitude and meet some of the headliners, namely CatherineĀ Beauchemin-Pinard, AntoineĀ Bouchard, ƉtienneĀ Briand, ShadyĀ ElĀ Nahas, EcaterinaĀ Guica, JessicaĀ Klimkait, ArthurĀ Margelidon and Antoine-Valois Fortier, as well as coaches MichelĀ Almeida and SashaĀ Mehmedovic, who are in the final preparation for the first Grand Prix in Canadian history, held on July 5-7 at the Maurice-Richard Arena.
