Montreal (Quebec) – The Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada (SDRCC) is pleased to announce the last session of its 2023-2024 Webinar Series, scheduled for February 21 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. (EST). Entitled: Demystifying Types of Dispute Resolution Services, this webinar will explore in depth alternative dispute resolution (ADR), defined as an alternative to traditional legal remedies, often proving more advantageous.
Our experienced SDRCC staff will review these services, which include resolution facilitation, mediation, med/arb and arbitration, explaining the differences between and benefits of each.

These free sessions are a great way for administrators, coaches, athletes and any other members of the sport community to acquire practical knowledge that can be used to proactively minimize the risk of disputes in their organization.
