Taekwondo Canada Announces Winnipeg as Host for 2024 Canadian National Championships

Ottawa, ON (October 10, 2023) – Taekwondo Canada is pleased to announce that the city of Winnipeg, Manitoba will be the host for the 2024 Canadian National Taekwondo Championships. Taekwondo Canada, in partnership with Taekwondo Manitoba and the City of Winnipeg, will host two National events including Senior Kyorugi and Poomsae athletes competing March 9-10, 2024 with Junior Kyorugi and Cadet Kyorugi athletes to follow July 6-7, 2024.

With a Senior Pan American event scheduled for the Spring of 2024 and Junior World Championships scheduled for the Fall, Taekwondo Canada believes that the separation of National Championships will select athletes for all events within time frames that align with performance and event entry.
