Team Canada Presented by Sobeys Learns Group Stage Opponents for Davis Cup by Rakuten Finals

Montreal, March 29, 2022 – The official draw for the 2023 Davis Cup by Rakuten Finals took place today in Malaga, Spain, and Team Canada presented by Sobeys, the No. 1-ranked nation and defending Davis Cup champions, found out which countries it will face in the Davis Cup Group Stage in September.

The 16 countries that qualified for the Finals were divided into four groups, and Canada, as the highest-ranked team, was picked to be the top-seed of Group A, along with Italy, Sweden and Chile. The four countries will now play each other in a round-robin tournament that will be held at the Unipol Arena.
