Volleyball Canada announces a partnership with CROSSNET

July 15, 2022: Volleyball Canada and CROSSNET are pleased to announce a new, two-year partnership, with CROSSNET serving as the official yard game of Volleyball Canada.

In 2017, CROSSNET took the black-top game of four square, elevating it to create the world’s first four-way volleyball net and have been spreading the product globally. The company recently introduced a pool version of the game as well, the CROSSNET H2O.

“We’ve been blown away by the popularity of CROSSNET in the Canadian market and this partnership with Volleyball Canada only makes it that much more real,” says Chris Meade, co-founder of CROSSNET.  “We’ve seen CROSSNET be an incredible training tool for players to sharpen their skills and an amazing entry point to the sport of volleyball. With this partnership, we are excited to help fuel the growth of volleyball in Canada in a fun, new way.”

CROSSNET has already been a part of the 2022 Volleyball Canada National Championships in Edmonton, with its popular four-way volleyball net set up on-site for all to try. These activations will continue at Volleyball Canada’s indoor and outdoor events, allowing participants to test out the CROSSNET game.

“We’ve seen the interest our participants have in CROSSNET, and we’re looking forward to building on our events with this engaging activation,” said Volleyball Canada’s partnerships coordinator, Courtney Killion. “CROSSNET is an accessible way for volleyball enthusiasts to bring their game home and to the beach.”
