Impact Report 2021-2022: Helping to Make Sport More Inclusive

As we reflect on the completion of the first year of our Strategic Plan (2021-2024), we’re enthusiastic to see the relationships we are building across the Canadian sports sector. Our impact on those at the national level continues to be strong, and we’ve worked diligently to foster new relationships through all levels of sport.

To create more safe, welcoming, and supportive environments for all women and girls, we must build knowledge, changes attitudes, and develop competency among key groups: sports leaders, government, media, sports organizations, and funders.

In this report, we dig into the impact our programs and advocacy have had on the system and how our work can help organizations and leaders at all levels reach their gender equity goals.
