Sport Orgs Invited to Participate in Risk Management Workshops 

Ottawa – May 18, 2022 – The Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport (CCES) invites expressions of interest from national and multi-sport organizations who are interested in participating in a Risk Management Workshop. Each workshop is focused on managing foreseeable and impactful risks that pose significant challenges to sport organizations.

Risk Management Workshops are one component of a long-standing collaboration between the CCES and Sport Law that aims to enhance the effectiveness of decision making among sport leaders using a consistent, sport-specific, and integrated risk management process. The workshop was designed by sport leaders to provide national sport organizations (NSOs) and multi-sport organizations (MSOs) with the capacity to manage their risks more effectively.
