Reporting to the Director of Operations the Operations Administrator is responsible for assisting with the organization’s corporate services and high performance functions, including board logistics and administrative support. This role ensures the smooth operation of these services, aligning them with the organization’s strategic goals and fostering a high level of efficiency and compliance.
Operations and Administrative Oversight:
- Assist with daily operation related to IT, Telecommunications, Facilities, Insurance and other areas as needed.
- Assist with the online store, gifting and awards, and the organizations information line.
- Oversee the internal filing system and ensure consistency in naming conventions.
- Provide administrative support for the board meeting, including logistics planning and other support as required.
Events:
- International Event Application support.
- Assist with Event Logistics and event working group as needed
- Coordinate and manage shipping needs and requirements with GymCan’s various partners/suppliers.
- Assist in preparing post-event reports and expediting expense claim forms.
High Performance:
- Assist Program Directors with logistics related to training camps and competitions
- Assist with athlete agreements and other national team documentation and training requirements
This role could be completed as part of an internship or a temporary role with Gymnastics Canada.
