Location: Golf Canada Head Office (2+ days per week) / Remote
Status: Contract

Golf Services is responsible for providing customer service to golf clubs and individual member golfers (emails and phone calls) as well as assisting in the implementation of member services initiatives. Responsible to review, maintain and make recommendations to improve user experience and member experience.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
1. Member/Customer Service 90%
– Provide customer service and Score Centre support for member clubs and golfers
– Primary point of member services i.e. transfer, merging, account modifications
– Make recommendations for improved user experience, better customer service
2. Membership Tracking 5%
– Assist with YTD tracking of membership numbers and sales
– Support Member Service team in measuring member benefit fulfilment
3. Systems 5%
– Update and maintain the Member Club database with club information
– Data entry and maintenance of Golf Canada Score Centre.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, & ABILITIES:
• Customer service experience
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• French Language considered an asset, not required
• Competency with Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work in groups and independently
• Manage multiple priorities
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible hours / some weekends
• Golf knowledge is considered an asset.
Note: Golf Canada’s regular hours of work are 40 hours per week, namely Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day and 5 days a week including a one-hour lunch. However, the demands of your position may mean that your hours of work will vary, may be irregular and will be the hours required to meet the objectives of your employment.
