Alberta Soccer Association – As the indoor soccer season comes to a close, over 240 youth teams from across Alberta will compete for the provincial championship title this weekend.

Taking place across six Alberta venues (Grande Prairie Leisure Centre, Lethbridge Servus Sports Centre, Edmonton East/West/South Soccer Centres, Okotoks Regional Field House, Calgary Soccer Centres, and FLC in Medicine Hat), the competition will see about 4500 girls and boys showcasing their talent and vying for the championship within their respective tiers (Tier I-IV).

“Teams have been working hard all season for the hopes of qualifying for the provincial championships and we’re looking forward to the fun and competition this weekend will bring,” said Richard Adams, Executive Director of the Alberta Soccer Association. “We’re grateful to the host cities and all the supporters for helping to create a positive end to the season for each of the participating teams.”

As in recent years, Alberta Soccer is pleased to have our partners, Servus Credit Union and Booster Juice, joining and supporting us throughout the competitions.

Media, fans, and families of the participants are welcome to attend all games in each host city. For schedules, results, venue, locations and other competition-specific information, visit the Alberta Soccer Provincials website.
