Women’s National Team hosting fundraiser in Vancouver on July 15; tickets now available
Field Hockey Canada – Canada’s Women’s Field Hockey Team is hosting a fundraiser dinner on July 15th, 2017 at the Mahony and Sons Irish pub located on the University of British Columbia campus in Vancouver, BC.
The event will be an exciting evening filled with music, food, door prizes, a silent auction and great people including past and current National Team athletes.
Please join us by purchasing a ticket, which cost $40/person (plus service charges if bought online). All ages are welcome!
Included in this ticket price is an entrée, a side, a drink, and a ticket for some awesome door prizes.
Children’s tickets are available for $10 (plus service charges if bought online) and include dinner.

All the proceeds from the evening will go directly to the Women’s National Team program, which recently lost a large portion of its annual funding (approximately $300,000) and has been left to fundraise to avoid paying out of pocket to continue on the journey to the World Cup and Olympic Games.
Funds raised will directly help with covering program costs, which include coach and staff salaries, facility and field time, travel, and competition as the women are currently preparing for the 2017 Pan Am Cup, 2018 Commonwealth Games and qualifying for the 2020 Olympic Games.
