Sport Law & Strategy Group – September 18, 2017 – At the Sport Law & Strategy Group, we make it our priority to keep track of shifts in thinking – less about trends and more about the evolution of perspectives that can lead to systemic improvements. One key area of focus has been increasing our knowledge in the area of people management. Beyond meeting human resource management requirements under the Employment Act, we are also learning how to create and sustain high performance teams. This one hour webinar, led by Integral Master Coach^™ Dina Bell-Laroche, introduces an exciting new personality assessment tool called the NOVA Profile. The tool provides a holistic overview of one’s behavioural tendencies and highlights both our strengths and blind spots. In addition, the tool highlights one’s motivations so that you have a better understanding of what drives you and how this, in turn, shapes your choice of action.
