Alpine Canada – Calgary, Alta. (January 9, 2017) – This Saturday, January 14, 2017 marks the third annual CIBC National Ski Day; a day in which we unite the nation from coast-to-coast in the celebration of our sport, as well as raising funds for the Canadian Ski Teams. With 17 participating resorts across the country offering discounted lift tickets and unique onsite experiences, Canadians are coming out in droves to participate in one of the country’s most beloved sports. Proceeds from CIBC National Ski Day help fund Alpine Canada, the governing body for alpine, para alpine and ski cross racing in Canada, and its high performance programs supporting Olympic and Paralympic athletes.
