Diving – DRESDEN, Germany – Alexandre Corriveau of Terrebonne, Que., and Thomas Ciprik of Calgary won bronze medals on Sunday to conclude the Dresden International diving competition.
 
On boys 16-18 platform, Matthew Dixon of Britain won the gold medal with 600.70 points. Carlos Camacho of Spain was second at 550.40 and Corriveau followed at 542.90. Laurent Gosselin-Paradis of Montreal was ninth.
 
On boys 14-15 one-metre, Adrian Abadia of Spain was the winner with 432.50, Moritz Wesemann of Germany second at 390.50 and Ciprik was third at 362.00.
 
In the girls 16-18 three-metre Mia Vallée of Beaconsfield, Que., and Coral Strugnell of Metchosin, B.C., were 11th and 12th.
 
Canada ends the competition with four medals (one gold and three bronze). On Friday, Erin Field of Pointe-Claire, Que., and Mélodie Leclerc of Montreal took gold and bronze on girls 14-15 platform.
