Canada Basketball – CAIRO, EGYPT (July 2, 2017) – The U19 Men’s National Team took on Spain in the group stage of the FIBA U19 Basketball World Cup 2017, losing a tightly-contested game by a score of 78-73.

Abu Kigab (St. Catharines, ON) led Canada with 16 points and 8 rebounds while Prince Oduro (Toronto, ON) added 14 points and 6 rebounds. Lindell Wigginton (Halifax, NS) chipped in with 11 points and 7 rebounds in the loss. Click here for the box score.
