April 27, 2022:  Volleyball Canada is proud to announce its roster of men’s indoor team coaches for the 2022 season. Under the supervision of men’s Head Coach Ben Josephson, the listed coaches will guide the program for various events this year.
 
“The group of coaches we have coming into work with our Canadian athletes this summer is incredibly exciting.  Not only do we have the top players in Canada training and learning in Gatineau, we have some of best and brightest minds in the game to aid them,” explained Josephson, who is in his first season as head coach. “We believe in relationships, collaboration and problem solving and the coaches we have this summer are experts in these area giving us the synergy across all of our programs that will help us achieve the goals we have for this summer’s World Championships and the Olympic Games in Paris 2024.”
 
The team is based in Gatineau, Quebec. The senior team will be preparing for Volleyball Nations League, which has a stop in Ottawa in early June, as well other major events including the 2022 World Championship.
 
“These coaches all bring their technical knowledge and reputations for excellence to the program,” said Volleyball Canada high performance director Julien Boucher. “We’re looking forward to building on the progress of the men’s team in recent years as we work toward Paris 2024.”

27 avril 2022 : Volleyball Canada est fière d’annoncer la composition de son personnel d’entraîneurs pour ses équipes masculines de volleyball intérieur pour la saison 2022. Sous la supervision de l’entraîneur-chef de l’équipe nationale masculine Ben Josephson, ces entraîneurs dirigeront le programme dans le cadre de plusieurs compétitions cette année.
 
« Le groupe d’entraineurs qui travailleront avec nos athlètes est incroyablement talentueux. Non seulement nos athlètes sont les meilleurs au pays mais nous avons aussi certains des meilleurs et des plus brillants tacticiens du jeu pour les aider » a expliqué Josephson, qui en est à sa première saison comme entraineur-chef.
 
« Nous favorisons les relations interpersonnelles, la collaboration ainsi que la résolution de problèmes dans notre programme et les entraineurs que nous avons cet été sont tous des experts dans ces domaines. Ce qui nous donne la synergie à travers tous nos programmes et qui nous aidera à atteindre les objectifs que nous nous sommes fixés au Championnat du Monde et aux Jeux Olympiques de Paris en 2024 »
 
L’équipe est basée à Gatineau au Québec. L’équipe senior se préparera pour la Ligue des Nations de volleyball dont une étape sera disputée à Ottawa au début du mois de juin ainsi qu’à d’autres tournois d’envergure, notamment le Championnat du monde de 2022.
 
« Ces entraîneurs nous offrent tous au programme une connaissance technique et une réputation d’excellence », ajoute Julien Boucher, directeur de la haute performance à Volleyball Canada. « Nous avons hâte de bâtir sur les progrès de l’équipe masculine ces dernières années alors que nous tournons nos yeux vers les Jeux olympiques de Paris 2024. »
