Guidelines for poster presenters

Thank you to everyone who will be joining us at SCRI 2022 as a poster presenter! Please note that presenter registration has now closed.

This year, presentations will be done, informally, in break-out rooms during the session.

All presenters are required to also submit a 45-60 second lightning round video. Consider this an elevator pitch for your research to entice the audience to visit your break-out room to learn more and ask you questions. This video must be pre-recorded ahead of the conference and submitted by September 30, 2022.

Note that video submissions are due by September 30, 2022. No submissions will be accepted after this date.

As a presenter you’re expected to attend the live session to both:

• informally discuss your research during the break-out rooms
• answer questions attendees may have
• manage the discussion in your room, you will be alongside 1 other presenter
• have the opportunity to attend a second round of break-out rooms as an attendee to visit other research posters
