Ultimate Canada – Ultimate Canada is excited to host the 2017 Art Hawkins Great Canadian Ultimate Game this Saturday, June 10 in partnership with ParticipACTION 150. The game will take place between 10am-4pm (local times) in over 35 communities across the country. 

The 2017 iteration of the decade-old charity game will feature several new communities such as Lethbridge, AB; Whitehorse, YT; and Bracebridge, ON. Dubai, UAE will participate as the game’s token international community. Scores will be rolling in — election style — all Saturday long and at the end of the day, we’ll have a total tally for Team Red and Team White. Although only one squad can be this year’s winner, the primary aim is to raise money for the Art Hawkins Development Fund. 

The Art Hawkins Development Fund supports the accessibility and development of Ultimate and Spirit of the Game in Canada with children, youth and those with a disability, especially in economically disadvantaged communities. The AHGCUG is the number-one fundraising event of the year. Please donate to support the accessibility and development of Ultimate in Canada.

Ultimate Canada has partnered with ParticipACTION 150 to promote Ultimate on June 10, 2017. ParticipACTION 150 is one initiative the government of Canada has put forth to get people moving.
