Alpine Canada Alpin – THE PARA TEAM NABS THREE PODIUMS

It’s an epic day for the Canadian Para Alpine Ski Team as the men secure a podium-finish in all-three categories (sitting, standing and visually impaired). The Canadians dominated the first race of a speed series this season in Tignes, France. 

World Champion, Mac Marcoux from Sault-Ste. Marie, Ont., won his first World Cup since capturing gold at Panorama for the World Championships in 2015. The Marcoux’s, who ski in the visually impaired category, have struggled to put two runs together so far this season in tech events, but the streak has snapped and the boys are back up on the podium. Read more.
