SDRCC – Montréal (Québec) – The June 2016 issue of In the Neutral Zone, the newsletter of the Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada (SDRCC), is now available online at http://www.crdsc-sdrcc.ca/eng/media-newsletters.

In this edition, a lawyer discusses the particular status, roles and responsibilities of affected parties during a dispute resolution procedure at the SDRCC and comments on the importance of carefully identifying and notifying the relevant affected parties, not only at the SDRCC but also in internal appeal processes. In addition to the profile of an SDRCC arbitrator, the newsletter contains several SDRCC news and announcements, including the addition of two new roster members.

The SDRCC also announces the launch of new tools: the Resolution Facilitation Preparation Tool and a simplified version of the Guide to the Development of an Appeal Policy. Both publications are available under the Resources section of the SDRCC website.

SDRCC – To better serve the Canadian sport community, the SDRCC welcomes comments and feedback regarding its newsletter and educational materials. This can be done by sending a message to education@crdsc-sdrcc.ca.
