Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada – The June 2017 issue of In the Neutral Zone, the newsletter of the Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada (SDRCC), is now available online at http://www.crdsc-sdrcc.ca/eng/media-newsletters.

In this edition, lawyers analyze recent trends in anti-doping cases, more particularly with regards to the threshold test for the athlete to meet in order to prove no fault or negligence under the Canadian Anti-Doping Program. In addition to the profile of an SDRCC arbitrator and mediator, the newsletter also contains several SDRCC news and announcements, including the hiring of two new staff members.

To better serve the Canadian sport community, the SDRCC welcomes comments and feedback regarding its newsletter and educational materials. This can be done by sending a message to education@crdsc-sdrcc.ca.
