In this edition, lawyers put forward their top-10 tips on appealing a case to the SDRCC. In addition to the profile of an SDRCC arbitrator and the hiring of a new employee, the newsletter also announces the upcoming launch of the Sport Law Connect Project, which will be piloted in British Columbia next fall. This project aims to connect law students with provincial sport organizations to provide alternative dispute resolution assistance. Information about the public portion of the 2018 SDRCC Mediators and Arbitrators Conference is also available in this edition.
