SDRCC – Montréal (Québec) – The February 2017 issue of In the Neutral Zone, the newsletter of the Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada (SDRCC), is now available online at http://www.crdsc-sdrcc.ca/eng/media-newsletters.

In this edition, a lawyer from the SDRCC pro bono program discusses what she perceives to be a new trend at the SDRCC: the increasing application of the principle of deference and the decline in number of appeals granted. In addition to the profile of an SDRCC arbitrator, the newsletter also contains several SDRCC news and announcements.

To better serve the Canadian sport community, the SDRCC welcomes comments and feedback regarding its newsletter and educational materials. This can be done by sending a message to education@crdsc-sdrcc.ca.
