In Memoriam

BC Rugby was saddened to learn about the passing of Cindy Briggs, who was a well known member of the Vancouver Island Rugby community. She, along with her late father Tillman and her son Ollie, formed a multi-generational link of family members that helped to make the name Briggs synonymous with the James Bay Athletic Association.
