Swim Nova Scotia – Montreal, QC – Halifax Trojan swimmer Christian Payne was Nova Scotia’s top swimmer of the day in Montreal during the third day of competition at the 2018 Canadian Swimming Championships in Montreal. 

Christian finished sixth in the men’s 50m Backstroke A final with a time of 26.82.  Teammates Ashleigh McKenna, Hanna Mountford, Madison Archer, and Grace Earle finished ninth in the women’s 4 x 100m Freestyle Relay with a time of 4:04.59.

Competition wraps up tomorrow at Montreal’s Olympic Park Sports Centre.

Prelims begin at 9:03am daily and finals will begin at 5:30pm local time.
