Sport Law & Strategy Group – November 1 – MONTREAL – The Sport Law & Strategy Group is pleased to announce that former national team water polo player and certified International Coach Federation (ICF) bilingual coach Rosanna Tomiuk, has joined our team as an Associate. Rosanna has an impressive leadership development and coaching background that will respond to the growing needs of National and Multi-Sport Organizations interested in strengthening individual self-awareness, enhancing group dynamics and fostering high performance organizational cultures. Rosanna joins an existing group of four other associates, LeeAnn Cupidio, Kathy Hare, Jason Robinson and Kevin Lawrie, and partners Dina Bell-Laroche and Steve Indig. This brings our total team complement to seven professionals located in three cities working to provide exceptional sport management services to our clients.

The SLSG has been expanding its services in the human resource management and leadership development areas over the past few years. “We have been looking to bring in someone who is passionate about sport and has the leadership training required to support transformational growth. We believe that Rosanna’s extensive training in various psychometric assessments will provide our clients with a competitive advantage when they are looking to invest in and strengthen the performance of their employees, coaches and athletes” shared SLSG Partner Steve Indig.

Rosanna was born and raised in Montreal, did an undergrad in Biology and Music in Los Angeles and won various international medals on the world stage with Team Canada. After retiring from her career as a national team athlete, she became certified in six different psychometric assessments: StrengthsFinder, Myers-Briggs, TotalSDI, Birkman, STRONG, and NOVA Profile.

She obtained her coach certification with the ICF (ACC) at Concordia University. For the past five years, she has been working with various organizations and individuals throughout the U.S. and Canada. Rosanna is a TEDx speaker and a member of the Forbes Coaches Council.
