In this webinar, presenter Dina Bell-Laroche will discuss effective crisis management techniques that will make you more confident in your approach to dealing with crisis and conflict. Dina is a seasoned sport consultant who has helped clients manage crisis and conflict at over a dozen international Games. Closer to home, Dina has helped dozens of clients defend their reputation when a scandal hits.

Effective crisis management requires proactivity, intelligence and skillfulness. Managing crisis in a way that has your stakeholders rallying behind you requires courage, compassion and presence.  Dina will talk about who needs to know what during a crisis, by when, how and why.
