Sport Law & Strategy Group to host “From Hiring to Firing” webinar
Sport Law & Strategy Group – The Sport Law & Strategy Group (SLSG) will host its next webinar on Wednesday May 31st, at noon EST.
This hour-long webinar, titled Employees, Contractors, and Volunteers – From Hiring to Firing will interest any employer or employee in sport. The content of the webinar will help organizations and individuals understand the legal issues relating to hiring practices, screening, agreements, and termination. Registrants will learn about the legal tests used to determine an individual’s employment status and the associated negatives and benefits.
The webinar will be presented by Steve Indig and LeeAnn Cupidio who are both lawyers with the Sport Law & Strategy Group and who have years of experience handing employment matters with sport organizations.
