Tennis Canada – Montreal, August 7, 2017 – The Canadian Milos Raonic, who was scheduled to play his first match during the Tuesday evening session, will in fact make his debut Wednesday night at Rogers Cup presented by National Bank.

Raonic, the tournament’s sixth seed, has requested an extra day of training in order to recover from a minor injury sustained during practice. The 2013 Rogers Cup finalist will face the winner of the match between Daniil Medvedev of Russia and Adrian Mannarino of France. Raonic is in search of his first ATP Masters 1000 title.

Rogers Cup presented by National Bank is a prestigious tournament administered by Tennis Canada and which welcomes, year after year, the biggest stars in professional tennis.
